XiCA Heating Film

XiCA heating film is the cutting edge infrared surface phase heating element which is consisted of anti-flammable and insulated carbon on the base film and silver paste which is printed by gravure coating two layer printing method and also copper bus bar which activates the electrodes and all of them are treated by laminating in PET film.

XiCA Heating film is made by precise printing method of producing 3 to 6 micrometer of coated carbon which is heat treated on the PET film above 150℃ and it can be used semi permanently if not cut intentionally by scissors.

The heating film can be used for almost semi-permanent in ceiling, wall, floor thanks to outer PET special material (anti-flammable, insulated) and also by treatment that has been specially water proof treated so that it may not be in contact with air.


You can feel warmth of sunshine by the radiation of far infrared ray from the carbon heating element spread on the film unlike other general heaters.,Also it spreads out anions which has function of deodorization and repress the expansion of germs resulting in healthy and clean heating environment.

PTC Heating Film

PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) heating element is a product which controls temperature according to thermal environment.
The nanoparticles of the carbon paste resin increases the resistance according to the thermal rises. If the temperature rises to a certain level resistance value is increased to control the power and current, and to prevent overheating by reducing the amount of heat generated.
This product can become a third-generation heating film having a function of suppressing power consumption by an economical and safe heating.
(24 hours must elapse before full restoration is possible)

PET Film

PET, the main material of upper part of XiCA heating film is the new material in the 20th century and environment friendly material with safety in the 21st century and is widely used for our life as the essential material.

Silver Paste

When the resistance value of the silver paste of the heating element is high, there is a problem in spark generation and safety, and the lower the resistance value of the conductor, the higher the electrical conductivity and efficiency.

E.V.A.

  • ㆍ E.V.A (Ehtylene-Vinylacetate) is used as the adhesive used for laminating in the heating film manufacturing process.
  • ㆍ For the heating film, adhesion of the laminating part is very important to prevent moisture penetration in the film, heat resistance, and sparks due to the formation of an air layer. Heat deformation temperature: 80 [℃]

Carbon Paste

  • ㆍ Carbon black is mainly from C (Carbon) like Diamond and used for automobile, ink and cosmetics. During manufacturing processes, heat treated material from 1,000 to 3,000℃ named Carbon fiber and heat treated material over 2,500℃ named Graphite fiber
  • ㆍ Graphite has higher Heat resisting characteristic compared to other material, lower thermal expansion coefficient, excellent thermal conductivity and electric conductivity and is widely used for the material for generating heat by electricity.
※ According to carbon and graphite mixing rate of carbon bend which is the part for generating heat of heating film, adhesive degree and resistance value can be adjusted.
